Research Introduction
Zinc Oxide In this research, we use this technology to prepare zinc oxide rod, and we adjust different zinc chloride and hydrogen oxide concentration to control morphology, structure and chemical composition
TiO2 nano tube In this research, we use this technology to prepare titnaium dioxide nano tube, and we adjust different citric acid, glycerol and NaF concentration to control morphology, structure and chemical composition.
|
Nano/micro local plating We use local plating and micro anode up to platet to nano/micro rod, and we can get large needel-like metal cylinder of aspect ratio with simple process.
AZO Film We mainly study the corrosion properties after doping transition elements on transparent conductive AZO thin films. By etching or polishing, the different composition and structure of AZO film shows electrochemical properties compared with the micro-structure analysis, and then it can establish a "micro-structure of transition elements/ polished etching parameters/etching properties/ polished the surface product of corrosion" relationship.
|
Etching of Silicon The study is etched in silicon chip by electrochemical etching, and further, we can get large holes of aspect ratio (microporous, mesoporous, macroporous) , and to explore the propertys of nano porous silicon.
Fuel Cell Stacks In PEMFC fuel cell are based that search for efficiency improvements and new test methods, and studies using electrochemical techniques to critical material of fuel cell.
