MBE Taiwan 2006 學生論文競賽辦法
  1. 目的：為鼓勵同學積極參與 MBE 磊晶及半導體、物理、材料及元件研究及提高研究水準， 特舉辦此項競賽。
  2. 資格： 於MBE Taiwan 2006中發表論文，並為論文之 First author and main contributor，其論文沒有在其他會議發表過，以一篇為限，但作者可為其他論文之共同作者。
  3. 評審：由大會邀請專家五至十二人為評審員，分初審及決選，初審依 Abstract 內容 選六至十篇，決選則 以poster的方式做為評分標準 ，取三至五名為學生傑出論文獎得主。
  4. 獎勵：入選者每人頒發獎狀一紙，另致送獎金。
  5. 本辦法如有未盡之處將以大會之裁決為準。
