Objective: 2017 Academic Year 14th Female Dormitory Accommodation Application for Old Postgraduate Students.

Notice Matters:

I.  Allocation method: Arranging the 14th Female Dormitory Accommodation for postgraduate students based on the combination of Summer Vacation Dormitory in random order. If we have the room with less 4 people in, it will merge with other room, which is the consolidation of two with two people or three with one.

II.  The Allocation Result: please go check it in the Dormitory Management System Dormitory Management System:  http://dorm.is.ncu.edu.tw/DormSys/applyManage.do?action=manageApplyIndex

III. The Check-in and relating operating schedule of 14th Female Dormitory Accommodation for postgraduate students.

2017 Academic Year Female Dormitory Bed transferring for Old Postgraduate Students.

1. Fill in the Application for bed exchange and go to the Dormitory Service Center with your student ID to do the bed transferring  

2. It shall have three students to exchange to the empty room

3.  After transferring the beds, if we have still the room spaces left, it will release to the freshmen for draw lots

The Check-in of Female 14th dormitory, and the female postgraduate students live in the 11th and 3rd male dormitories  will move back to 14th Female Dormitory   

1. The students who live in the 11th male dormitory will move back to the 14th female dormitory for postgraduate students.

2. The students who don’t live in the dormitory can get their stuffs in the storage room.

3. The postgraduate freshmen who lived in the 3rd dormitory will move back to the 14th dormitory for female postgraduate students.

4. Make sure to complete the moving before Sunday, August 27, 2017 at 6 pm.

The place to returning and getting the key: 1st Floor of 14th Female Dormitory

The check-out inspection for 11th Male Dormitory in the summer vacation.

The dormitory operator and the part-time workers will check the room one by one.

After 106.9.2(Saturday)

The postgraduate freshman check in

The postgraduate freshmen come to check-in procedure

IV. The check-out inspection and dormitory deposit take-off: While doing the check-out inspection, the students shall leave the dormitories. The dormitory operator and the part-time workers will have the room equipment and cleanness inspection one by one. Those who don’t do the following items will take off their dormitory deposit:

1. Return the room key: The students shall return the room key in the dormitory check-out time. The key shall tag the label of your room number and name on it and sign their name on the return record after return the room key. The 30 dollar will be taken off if not do so.

2. Empty your room: The room shall be empty and clean and have the personal name badge on the desk and the wardrobe. It is forbidden to place the items or trashes on the hallway and outside the door. If the room cleanness are failed the inspection, the room manager will take pictures and take off NTD 200 from the deposit. You will pay the full price for any damaged equipment in the room.     

V. The time of getting the items in the storage room ( the (public space in the 1st Floor of 5th female dormitory ) of 2017 Academic Year 14th Female Dormitory.
