注意事項Notes：
- 冷氣清洗期間請同學貴重物品自行携帶保管，勿將衣物吊掛於冷氣機前方或將物品置於冷氣機下方，避免施工造成衣物或用品污損。
During the air conditioner cleaning period, students are requested to carry and safeguard their valuables. Please don't hang clothes in front of the air conditioner or place items underneath it to avoid damage or soiling of clothing and belongings during the cleaning process.
- 施工期間同學離開寢室請先移除讀卡機內冷氣卡自行保管，以免與施工人員自備冷氣卡混淆。
- 若施行維護作業期間同學不在寢室內，將安排工讀生陪同廠商進入寢室辦理維護作業，若不同意此方式進入寢室的同學請向該區傳達室登記，將擇日辦理維護作業。
If the residents are not in the room in maintenance period, our part time student will enter with the workers. Anyone who doesn’t agree this process can register at the janitor’s room in charge. We’ll choose another date to execute the maintenance.
- 施工期間廠商會自備冷氣卡，若對施工有疑義請立即向宿舍管理員反映。聯絡電話如下:
The workers will use their own air conditioner card and controller in maintenance period. If you have any questions, please immediately tell the dormitory administrator in charge. The followings are phone numbers:
