To support remote teaching and flexible learning, the university previously introduced the Multi-Cloud Integrated Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) service, allowing campus users to remotely access various teaching and research software. We sincerely appreciate your support and usage of this service over the years.
In response to a substantial increase in VMware licensing fees, and to optimize the university's overall IT resources, we have carefully evaluated and adjusted our service planning.
Please be advised that the Multi-Cloud VDI service will officially terminate on Monday, August 31, 2026.
Alternative Ways to Access Software
After the platform is decommissioned, please use the following methods to obtain and install the software required for your studies or research:
STATA SE 15
This is a 15-user license purchased by the Department of Economics and is exclusively available to its current students. Eligible students who require this software should contact the department office directly.
AutoCAD
Please download it directly from the Autodesk Education website:
