Subject: To announce the application for not extending the stay at the graduate dormitory in the 1st semester of 2022.

Basis: According to Article 5-3, 6-8, 9-2 and 22-2 of Regulations for Student Dormitories

Contents:

  1. Applicability: All PHD/master students of NCU at the dormitory in the 2nd semester of 2021.
  2. Procedure:
    1. Fill out Affidavit for Giving up the Dormitory Form (Download online in Forms at the website of Office of Student Services and Dormitory Division or pick up the Form at Office of Student Services and Dormitory Division).
    2. As from today to July 31 2022, the applicant shall submit Affidavit for Giving up the dormitory after filling it out to Office of Student Services and Dormitory Division (09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday; at 1F of International Student Dormitory). Or fax (03-4263925) or email (ncu57290@cc.ncu.edu.tw) the form to the Office.
  3. Instructions:
    1. Those applying for not extending the stay in the dormitory shall move out of the dormitory and complete the moving out procedure before August 31 2022. The remaining objects of those not moving out within the moving out period will be handled according to Article 9-2 of Regulations for Student Dormitories.
    2. According to of Regulations for Student Dormitories. Article 22-2, the calculation of the refund is based on the charge standards for surrendering dormitory beyond the deadline and before the beginning of the same semester. 
    3. Moving out procedure: After filling out Moving out Application Form, please ask the dormitory supervisor to examine the cleanness of the room and the equipment and return the key. After the supervisor makes confirmation, please sign “Moving out Application Form” and submit it to Office of Student Services and Dormitory Division.
