主旨： 113學年第2學期宿舍關舍時程及關舍重要事項。

依據：本校學生宿舍管理辦法第7、10、12條。

公告事項：

1. 113-2學期各宿舍關舍期程及114年暑假各棟宿舍開舍時程

*中大會館1132學期收費僅收到8/24止，若114學年未續住中大會館者，需辦理退宿或申請短期暑宿銜接114-1學期宿舍開放時間。

*研究生宿舍(女14舍、曦望居、男5舍、中大會館)若114學年度未續住者須於上述時間前完成退宿，若續住者則無須辦理退宿。

*113-2學期床位與暑宿床位(同寢室同床位)相同者：請於個人座位以A4紙張張貼「個人姓名-學號、暑假原床位」；關舍檢查期間(6/23(一)10：00~16：00)請離開寢室，且寢室公共空間(含衛浴、陽台)也需要進行清潔，未清潔者將依照關舍檢查不合格進行罰款。

二、退宿系統操作方式：

1. 退宿檢查系統：請至Portal登入->服務櫃台(iNCU)->學務專區->宿舍申請/查詢內->個人歷年申請資料查詢->退宿申請。
2. 以個人為單位，參考退宿檢查系統操作手冊，將鑰匙及寢室清潔完成照片上傳到退宿檢查系統(照片上傳以2MB以下較佳)，寢室照片需要包含床、書桌(書櫃、抽屜)、衣櫃(置物櫃)、馬桶坐墊掀起、淋浴間、洗手台、陽台、寢室鑰匙。
3. 寢室清潔標準請參考住宿組網頁公告的各宿舍清潔標準(抽屜及置物櫃須清空並打開、寢室門口走廊區域清空、套房宿舍須將浴廁磁磚、地板、隔板黃垢、洗手台、馬桶坐墊掀起黃垢刷洗乾淨)。
4. 關舍不合格之罰款

1. 關舍檢查說明(一對一退宿檢查與自主退宿檢查並行，兩者擇一即可)：
   1. 自主退宿檢查時間：6/6(五)起至各宿舍關舍前

請請完成線上退宿申請後(需上傳寢室照片及鑰匙照片)，將鑰匙貼上姓名、宿舍寢室後，投入宿舍鑰匙回收箱，責任區管理員會清點鑰匙後到宿舍進行檢查及審核退宿合格與否(需自行負擔退宿不合格無法立即清潔的狀況)。

1. 一對一退宿檢查時間：請完成線上退宿申請後，於下列時間地點請宿舍幹部進行一對一退宿檢查，確認寢室清潔合格，如不合格可重新打掃後再複檢，如果等候檢查人數眾多，請耐心等候。
2. 辦理一對一檢查地點：

A、6/7(六)起至6/19(四)，各區傳達室每日9：00-19：00，以畢業生為原則

B、6/20(五)起-各宿舍關舍前，請參考下表排班地點

2. 機車入校時間：114/6/7(六)~6/8(日)、114/6/13(五)~6/15(日)、114/6/20(五)~6/25(三)，每日8:00~21:00，請遵守《國立中央大學機車管制入校規範》，於駐警隊崗哨換證入校，機車入校不得停留校區過夜，違者依規定議處
3. 家長搬遷車輛免費入校：
4. 至宿舍傳達室登記領取車輛臨時入校憑證(每人限一張)。
5. 最晚至22：00點，必須離開校園；離校時請走人工車道，將入校憑證交回警衛隊。

National Central University Dormitory Office

Subject: Schedule for Dormitory Closure and Important Notices for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2024.

Reference: Articles 7, 10, and 12 of the University's Student Dormitory Management Regulations.

Announcement Details:

1. Schedule for Dormitory Closure during the 2024-2 Semester and Schedule for Dormitories Opening during the 2025 Summer Vacation

*      The National Central University Conference Center's 2024-2 semester accommodation fee was only collected through August 24. Students who do not continue to reside in the Conference Center for the 2025 academic year are required to complete the dormitory check-out process or apply for short-term summer accommodation connected to the 2025-1 semester opening schedule.

*      For graduate student dormitories (Girls’ Dorm 14, Xiwang Residence, Boys’ Dorm 5, and the National Central University Conference Center), students who do not renew their residence for the 2025 academic year must complete their check-out before the specified time. Those who continue to reside do not need to complete the check-out process.

*      For beds that are the same in both the 113-2 semester and the summer accommodation (same room, same bed), students are requested to affix an A4 paper with their name and student ID number, and “Original Summer Bed” on their personal bed. During the dorm closure inspection period (June 23, Monday, 10:00 to 16:00), students must vacate their rooms. The shared spaces within the room (including bathroom and balcony) must also be cleaned. Failure to comply with cleaning standards will result in fines based on the dorm closure inspection results.

1. Procedures for Operating Dormitory Check-out System:
2. For dormitory check-out, please log in via the Portal → Service Desk (iNCU) → Academic Affairs Section → Dormitory Application/Inquiry → Personal Application History → Dormitory Check-out Application.
3. Following the User Manual for Dormitory Check-out System, please upload photos showing the completed cleaning of the room and the key to the check-out system (photos should preferably be less than 2MB). The photos of the room must include the bed, desk (including cabinets and drawers), wardrobe (storage cabinet), toilet seat lifted, shower room, washbasin, balcony, and dormitory key.
4. Room cleaning standards should adhere to the standards posted on the Accommodation Office webpage for each dormitory (closets and storage cabinets must be emptied and opened; hallway area at the room entrance must also be cleared; for suite-style dormitories, tiles, flooring, partitions, washbasins, and toilet seats must be thoroughly scrubbed of any yellowish deposits).
5. Penalties for Dormitory Closure Non-Compliance

1. Dormitory Closure Inspection Procedures (One-on-one check-out inspection and self-initiated check-out inspection are conducted concurrently; either method may be chosen.)
2. Self-initiated Check-out Inspection Period:

Starting from May 30 (Friday) until before each dormitory’s closure.

Students must complete the online check-out application (which requires uploading photos of the room and keys). Afterward, the key should be affixed with the student’s name and dormitory room number, then placed into the dorm key collection box. Responsibility zone managers will count the keys, then conduct inspection and review to determine if the check-out is approved (students are responsible for situations where check-out is not approved due to uncleaned rooms).

1. One-on-one Check-out Inspection Time:

After completing the online check-out application, students should meet dormitory staff at the designated time and location listed below for a one-on-one check to verify whether the room's cleanliness meets standards. Rooms that do not meet the standards can be cleaned again and re-inspected. Please be patient if there is a long queue for inspection.

(3)  Location for One-on-one Inspection:

A.    From June 7 (Saturday) to June 19 (Thursday), every day from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the respective district delivery offices, primarily for graduating students.

B.    Starting June 20 (Friday), until before each dormitory’s closure, please refer to the following schedule for patrol and inspection locations:

2. Motorcycle Entry Times: From June 7 to June 8, 2025; June 13 to June 15, 2025; and June 20 to June 25, 2025, daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please adhere to the “National Central University Motorcycle Entry Control Regulations.” Entering vehicles must have their identification exchanged at the police guards’ post. Motorcycles are not permitted to stay overnight within the campus. Violators will be dealt with according to regulations.
3. Free Vehicle Entry for Parent Relocations:
4. Parents must register and obtain a temporary entry permit for the vehicle at the Dormitory Delivery Office (each person limited to one permit).
5. The vehicle must leave the campus no later than 10:00 PM. When leaving, please use the manual access road and return the entry permit to the security personnel.
